Reiki:A Japanese technique that uses gentle touch to promote relaxation and healing. It’s based on the idea that a life force energy flows through us and us what causes us to be alive. A Reiki session will consist of sitting in a quiet setting while you are lying down, fully clothed. May consist of hands on or off. A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you, treating the whole body, emotions, mind and spirit working on the chakras. Creating many beneficial effects that may include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing.

Intuitive Body Work: Identifying Tension, Blockages, and Energetic Disturbances. This aspect of the approach involves using a combination of knowledge, observation, and intuition to pinpoint areas of physical tension or discomfort, as well as energetic imbalances or blockages within the body's subtle energy systems. This could include recognizing patterns of muscular tension, areas of restricted movement, or disruptions in the flow of energy throughout the body. This may involve releasing through hands-on approach, energy, and sound healing.

Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH): BQH utilizes hypnosis and deep relaxation to facilitate exploration of current, "past," and "future" lifetimes on Earth and beyond, spanning the multiverse. Through this process, clients are able to connect with various aspects of themselves, including the Higher Self, Subconscious or Super-conscious, Spirit Guides, Angels, High Counsels, Ascended Masters, Star Families, Source, and other benevolent beings. The objective is to gain insight, find healing, and receive guidance for addressing questions and issues in their present life.
